Came here to get my ring adjusted and was impressed by Alex and the rest of the staff. Loved the professionalism and warm greeting. We accidently came near closing time but weren't made to feel like a burden. Would definitely come back! Also, loved how Alex taught a new trick to getting my ring off better ;) you'll have to meet and talk to him to find out though!

We knew we wanted to shop local and Bremer has been a staple in our area for so long. Miranda was very helpful and really listened to what kind of ring we wanted. She sent examples and even searched around for the right one. We are very happy with our experience and recommend Bremer and Miranda to anyone shopping for fine jewelry!

We visited Bremer Jewelry to design a ring with my grandmothers stone. Michelle welcomed us and worked through the whole process with us. It’s like she could read my mind when I described my thoughts. Her expertise , patience and hospitality were outstanding. I recently had a ring sized down and work was done very well. Work was completed sooner than expected. I also had my wedding ring repaired. It hasn’t had any repair for 37 years. They had to rebuild the shank and reset the diamonds in a channel set. The ring looked just like I received it 37 years ago. Work was completed as expected time frame. Very pleased with how everything turned out on both rings. Alex’s was the gentleman than helped me at the service desk. He was very nice and explained everything very well with the work that was needed on my wedding ring. Great job done by the repair team and service desk. Thanks so much.

Alex was great! He took great care of us and really helped me in a pinch. My wife and I leave for vacation tomorrow and I hit him with a last minute request that would normally take a few days minimum but he made us a priority and got it back to us the day of. Made my wife very happy to get that done before our trip. Exceptional service!

I had my wedding & engagement rings repaired and resized. They finished them quicker than expected, and I was completely speechless when I got them back. They look brand new! I feel like I just got engaged again and can’t stop staring at my rings. Great customer service and great experience.

I had a great time shopping around for a surprise gift for my girlfriend. Alex provided very helpful guidance and was clearly knowledgeable about everything I wanted to know. He was fun to chat with and not pushy about anything I wasn’t interested in. We picked out a gold and diamond necklace and my girlfriend hasn’t taken it off since she got it! 10/10 products and 10/10 service! I will definitely be back. Thanks Alex!

Jennifer was so extremely helpful. I contacted Bremer after experiencing a terrible situation with a different jewelry store. She was able to look up the information for my engagement ring right away and worked with us to get it repaired as soon as possible. So happy to have my engagement ring back on my finger after just 2-3 weeks after talking to her. Thank you!
